PPOC Speaker Registry Submission
The purpose of the PPOC speaker registry is to provide a pool of resources to share with other constituents when planning education events or conventions.
All upcoming speakers/lecturers for conventions and education programs are asked to complete the PPOC 2009 Speaker Registry Form. Please complete the form located here
- For all upcoming lecturers, each participant and attendee will be asked to complete a speaker evaluation form.
- Speakers will be evaluated at the conclusion of the event.
- If the speaker is interested to review the results please do so at that time. Copies will not be made or sent out from the Speaker Registry chairperson after the event.

The evaluation form results will be tabulated and posted on the PPOC website in the speaker registry area. If the results are unfavorable, the speaker and the results will be removed from the website.
